Yatharth Hospital secures investment from Rasmalai Limited, gaining a public shareholder As on : 17-Sep-26  17:32

Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited is set to receive a significant investment from Rasmalai Limited through a preferential issue of 1,30,26,516 equity shares and 1,89,47,664 warrants. The deal, finalized September 17, 2026, will result in Rasmalai Limited holding approximately 24.87% of the company’s fully diluted share capital and becoming a public, non-promoter shareholder. As part of the agreement, Rasmalai Limited will have the right to nominate directors to the board and key committees, alongside existing promoter rights. The promoters, including Dr. Ajay Kumar Tyagi, Dr. Kapil Kumar, Dr. Neena Tyagi, and Dr. Manju Tyagi, are subject to a three-year lock-in period and could potentially transfer shares to Dr. Tyagi if Rasmalai Limited achieves a three-times return on its investment. The transaction remains contingent on approvals from regulatory bodies including the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
